Yes. Industrial hemp is a legal agricultural crop (Art. 18 of Federal Law 3, Decree 101): no more than 0.1% THC in the raw material. The absence of narcotic substances in the finished products is confirmed by test reports and a report from the Forensic Center of the Russian Ministry of Justice.
