The project team has worked in plant-based products since 2018; the plant itself is purpose-built for hemp seed processing.
Chemical-free technology
Mechanics and CO₂ instead of solvents and alkali; oil is pressed without heat. Protected by RF patent No. 2764298.
Every batch tested
An on-site laboratory: incoming checks of the raw material — purity, moisture, THC — and testing of every batch. The test report ships with the goods.
Virtually zero waste
Even the hulls are put to work — fiber and feed. No toxic chemicals at any stage.
One thread — from seed to clean ingredient
A single seed travels the entire processing path on one site and splits into five clean ingredients.
Industrial hemp
Varieties from the Russian State Register, ≤ 0.1% THC. Intake, cleaning and calibration at our own elevator.
Hulled hemp hearts
Impact hulling at 2–4 t/h and optical sorting. Protein over 30% — edestin and albumin in their natural form.
Cold-pressed oil
No heat or solvents. An ω6 : ω3 ratio of 3.5 : 1, unrefined.
Protein flour
Milling of the press cake and protein concentration up to 40–45 g/100 g. Gluten-free, vegan.
Fiber
Dietary fiber at 54 g/100 g. The hulls go on to feed and technical uses.

The standard client path is four steps, with lab control built into each of them.

Samples
Before a large order we provide product samples and the documents for the item.
Contract & production
Bank transfer for companies and sole proprietors. The batch is tested in the plant’s laboratory, including THC control.
Shipment
From the plant’s warehouse with direct access to the M4: pickup, our transport or any carrier. Each batch ships with the transfer document, declarations and a test report.

The team came together in 2018 to establish the production of plant-based products from industrial hemp in Russia. Processing domestic raw material reduces the food industry’s dependence on imports.
