Terms for companies and sole proprietors
Payment
We work with companies and sole proprietors by bank transfer. After your request is agreed, we issue an invoice; the payment terms (prepayment or a payment schedule) are fixed in the quote and the supply agreement. We accept “MIR” card payments for retail shipments of small batches.
Shipping
Shipping is from the plant’s warehouse: Uzlovaya SEZ, Tula Region, Building 1, Grigoriya Senchenko St. (direct exit to the M4 “Don” highway). Options: self-pickup; delivery by our transport (by arrangement); shipment by any carrier of your choice.
Lead times & packaging
In-stock items are shipped within 2–5 business days after payment. Products are shipped in factory packaging (bags, corrugated boxes, PET jars, pallets) with labeling and a full set of accompanying documents: a universal transfer document (UTD), declarations, and batch test reports.
Samples
Before a large order we provide product samples — the transfer terms are agreed in response to your request.
