A unique product obtained by dehulling hemp seeds while retaining natural chlorophyll. The kernel has a pleasant nutty flavor and delicate natural texture. It is rich in vitamins and microelements: special attention deserves a large amount of vitamin E, iron, magnesium, zinc, manganese, calcium, potassium, sulfur and phosphorus, which are excellently absorbed thanks to the fatty acids contained in the seeds.
Cleaned hemp seeds are distinguished by a perfect ratio of alpha-linolenic (omega-3) and linoleic (omega-6) fatty acids, which are not synthesized by the body and must be obtained from food. About 75–80% of all fatty acids are polyunsaturated (omega-3 and omega-6); the body does not synthesize them and obtains them from food.
100 g of kernel contains 35–40 g of plant protein. These are globular proteins — edestin (65–67%) and albumin (33–35%). The product is a valuable source of complete plant protein.
