How a seed becomes an ingredient

Patented technology (RF patent No. 2764298): mechanics and CO₂ instead of solvents and alkali. The seed travels a single line — intake, hulling, heat-free pressing, packaging — and splits into five food ingredients.

Intake & preparation

Incoming material is cleaned and checked before processing.

The flow passes a stone separator and an air-screen cleaner: an air stream carries off light impurities and foreign crops, while the sieves grade the grain by size. Material cleared of broken and undersized seed goes to the elevator’s grain dryer and is brought to the moisture needed for storage and processing. Every batch has its origin confirmed on intake — this rules out mixed lots and settles traceability at the very start.

Impact hulling

The seed is opened by impact — not by chemicals or heat.

At its core is a patented unit (RF patent No. 2764298): a directed impact breaks the shell and separates the heart from the hull at 2–4 t/h. With no solvents and no heat, the heart keeps its original taste and profile without thermal stress. A downstream separator clears residual hull, so the fraction moves on already clean.

Cold pressing & CO₂

Oil and extracts are taken at low temperature — without denaturation.

The screw oil press runs with no applied heat, so protein and the fatty-acid profile stay native; the oil goes through a plate-and-frame filter press and comes out clarified. For deeper fractions a CO₂ circuit runs at ≤ 40 °C. A single unit yields two formats — food oil and extracts — from one input, for different industries.

Control & packaging

Every batch clears the lab before it leaves the warehouse.

An in-house lab checks every batch on food parameters — moisture, cleanliness and oxidation. Product is filled by weight and labelled to food and cosmetics standards. Each shipment carries a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that specific batch — a document ready for the buyer’s incoming inspection and audit.

CO₂ extraction at ≤ 40 °C

Supercritical CO₂ recovers oils and extracts without heat or solvents — for the food, cosmetics and pharma-nutraceutical industries.

Zero-waste: even the hulls are used — fiber, feed and raw material for cellulose.
